Shipping Policy

Thank you for completing your order!

Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST (excluding holidays). Our team is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays unfortunately. Any incorrect billing and/or shipping information imputed by the customer will cause delay. Billing and Shipping addresses must match.  If the billing address and shipping do not match, we will contact you via email to correct this issue within 24 hours. Emails that go without a response will be automatically refunded and you’ll be prompted to resubmit your order.

Shipping and Processing Times:
General processing and shipping (U.S.): 3-5 business days for processing and 2-3 days for shipping

International: Processing 3-5 business days 6-10 business days

Major sales/promotion processing and shipping: 5-7 business days 2-3 days for shipping

International major sales shipping 7-14 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1 day

Tracking Orders:
If you provided an email address at the time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your tracking information. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) once you receive your tracking number, your order is in the HANDS OF USPS, the tracking may say label printed etc, but it is at the post office being processed. A signature is required for all our orders to be delivered. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Any incorrect billing and or shipping information imputed by the customer will cause delays.

If you need additional information, please email sales@sanobeauty.com. All orders are insured by the carrier you selected therefore if a package arrives late, goes missing, etc. please contact them to file a claim. 

  • Please note all orders require a Signature Confirmation to ensure that it arrives at its correct destination (an adult will need to be home to sign for the package).
  • USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary - we are not responsible for abandoned shipments.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES:
If your order is submitted with a PO Box in the shipping section, your order will go through but will be canceled & refunded minus a $25 restocking fee. All orders are required signature; therefore, we can not ship to PO BOXES.

  • Please ensure that the address provided in your order is accurate and verified by The United States Postal Service.
  • Incomplete or incorrect address information can potentially delay shipping and processing times, please note we are not responsible for inaccurate shipping addresses and will only send out one email in an attempt to correct your address.
  • Please check the address information, make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package.
