Do you have any wigs that need a little revamping? Bring ANY gently used wig back to LIFE with our Wig Revamp Service!

Wig Revamp Service includes:

• Detangling (if necessary)
• Shampoo
• Deep Conditioning
• Tightening of Tracks, Bands, and/or Combs (if necessary)
• Styling of your choice

Shipping Information

We will provide your shipping label via email within 24 business hours of your Wig Service order.

• Please ship your wig(s) using the shipping label that we will provide by email within 24 hours of purchase.
• Using the provided shipping label is MANDATORY. After shipping your hair, please email us at sales@sanobeauty.com, Subject: Order #: — Wig Service, with your Name, Order #, and Tracking #.
• We are NOT responsible for loss of items during shipment unfortunately.
• Shipping fees at checkout cover both the shipment to us, and your completed wig return. Please make sure the address inputted at checkout is the delivery return address.

 Processing, Turnaround Time, and Delivery
5-10 Business Days refers to your shipping window (see example below) — Processing time begins on the next day your hair arrives in the mail. Your order will ship within your shipping window and delivery ETA will be provided as soon as your order ships.

Example:
Wig Service purchased on 4/3
Hair arrives on 4/11
4/4 = DAY 1 of processing time
4/10 - 4/17 - SHIPPING WINDOW (1/15-1/16 = weekend)
